The Challenge

The country suffers from oil theft from various energy installations which cause an enormous loss of money to the state. It has been decided to upgrade the security at all locations to minimize sure occurrences.

Project Description

The assessment was done for the duration of 1-month while our team assessed the security at few major sites and various small sites.

We have delivered the client with a booklet of recommendation for technological means, allocation of security manpower and routine and emergency procedures.
